Wood and Mechanisms: We stand behind the durability of our wood products and their associated mechanisms, providing a lifetime warranty that guards against any structural or manufacturing defects. This warranty is complimented by our lifetime maintenance sessions for wooden items, ensuring lifetime care that tackles wear and tear. 

Outdoor Furniture: Our outdoor furniture range is backed by a comprehensive 3-year warranty, offering peace of mind as you enjoy your outdoor space. Please note that wear and tear are excluded. 

Outdoor Lighting: We offer a 2-year (for Fatboy) and 3-year (for Fermob) warranty for our outdoor lighting products. Please note that wear and tear are excluded. 

Accessories: These can be returned under the 1-month return policy. Please note that wear and tear are excluded. 

Bedding Products: Due to hygiene and health considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for bedding products, including sheets and duvet covers.


Inspection Upon Delivery
We strongly recommend a thorough inspection of all products immediately upon delivery. If you detect any defects or issues, please report them promptly to our customer service team. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to providing you with high-quality products that stand the test of time. Take Note

  • The warranty does not apply to any incidental losses or damage caused by: modifications; alterations; negligence; abuse; misuse; improper care; floods, storms, or other natural disasters.
  • The Lifetime Warranty is transferrable from the original purchaser to another legal proprietor. To request a transfer of ownership, we need the original owner to send us an email providing the sales order number as well as the contact info of the new owner.
