OPERATIONS

Do you charge for delivery and installation?

All prices featured are inclusive of GST, delivery, and installation.

How do I schedule my delivery?

If you order online, our team will contact you upon receiving your order and schedule a delivery with you. If you order from our showroom, we will set your delivery date together.

Can I cancel the delivery on the day itself?

If the cancellation happens after 10 am on the same day, we apply a late cancellation fee of $100.

How soon can I receive my items?

For all in-stock items, we can deliver within 2 weeks. For out of stock items, our team will be able to give you an estimated delivery date.

Can you hold my order for a while?

Yes, we can hold your order until you are ready to receive them, up to 12 months. Any additional month will be charged for storage.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. You can contact us on info@soulandtables.com.sg with the list of items required and your address.

Can I return my items?

Yes, we allow returns up to 30 days after your last delivery. You can then request for an exchange, a store credit or a full refund.

Can I exchange my items?

Yes, we allow exchanges up to 30 days after your last delivery.

What do I do if my items are defective?

Get in touch with our team by email, phone or WhatsApp by sending us pictures / videos. We will assess the situation and check if we can repair or a replacement is necessary.

When will I receive my refund?

After providing us with your bank account information, your refund will be received within 3 to 5 working days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments with VISA, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfer, cheque and cash.

Are taxes included in the invoice?

All prices featured are inclusive of GST. By law, our invoices need to show the GST breakdown.

Can I pay by installments?

We do not have any installment in place. However, you have the option to split your payment in half. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order, the remaining 50% is to be paid upon delivery.

SERVICES

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Soul & Tables offers lifetime warranty on structural issues and manufacturing defects on all their wooden furniture. Usual wear and tear is not covered by the lifetime warranty.

Does the lifetime warranty apply only in Singapore?

The lifetime warranty applies to Singapore and Dubai, countries where Soul & Tables is located.

What does the maintenance services consist of?

It can be any small touch up on your furniture such as sanding to remove stains or tighten the screws of a squeaky bed as well as heavy duty maintenance like varnishing, staining or mechanism replacement. Complimentary lifetime maintenance only applies on regular-priced items. All maintenance sessions are done on-site.

Can I request for a varnishing or a staining after being delivered?

Yes, you can. You just need to send us your sales order number together with pictures of the furniture to be varnished/stained. Since all maintenance sessions are done on-site, we ask that you allocate a space for our team to proceed with the maintenance and clear all fragile items since it is expected to be dusty and noisy.

Do you do customisation?

No, we do not do any customisation.

Is the coating provided waterproof?

The varnish applied on our teak and oak furniture is water-repellent, not water-proof. While it gives you a bit more time to clean, it does not totally protect the wood against stains. We would recommend using coasters and placemats.

Do you provide any special discount?

We aim to remain consistent and transparent in our price offer all year long which is why we do not have special promotions or sales on regular items. However, we offer tiers discounts according to your total amount: 5% off for orders above $2,000, 10% off for orders above $5,000, 12% off for orders above $8,000 and 15% off for orders above $10,000.

Will you dispose of my existing furniture?

Soul & Tables offer a free 1-for-1 disposal service. You just need to request for it when you confirm your order and send us pictures of your items to dispose of.

What do you do with the disposed items?

If the items are in good condition, we give them away to charities and families in need. Otherwise, we work with disposal companies that dismantle the items and recycle or upcycle some of the elements.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Do all bed frames come with wooden slats?

Yes, our bed frames come with wooden slats, made of pine wood, mounted on a metallic frame along with a central beam and leg for sturdy support.

What maximum weight can the slats support?

Our slats set can support up to 350kg, depending on the volume repartition.

What mattress height do you recommend for your bed frames?

For aesthetics reasons, we would recommend choosing mattresses of 24cm height and up to 30cm maximum. Our headboards being quite short, a higher mattress would disturb the proportions.

Can I adjust the height of the slats?

Almost all our beds have an adjustable slat set with 4 levels. Our team will set your preferred height during the installation.

Can I order a glass top for my table?

Yes, you can order a glass top for your table to avoid damages. Enquire with our team for the style options and prices.

Do you drill additional holes for wire management?

Yes, we can drill additional wire management holes of 8cm diameter if requested upon order confirmation. We will send you the furniture technical drawing so you can indicate where you want the hole(s) to be placed.

If the mechanism is broken, what can I do?

Email us your sales order number along with pictures or videos of the broken mechanism. We will assess the situation and check if we can repair it or if a replacement is necessary.
