Free 30-Day Return and Exchange policy
Customer service is part of our DNA and we want you to be 100% satisfied by your purchases. In the event that your purchases do not fit with your home or if you change your mind, we are happy to exchange it, or offer a full refund, up to 30 calendar days after delivery.
To help us process your return or exchange, please ensure that:
- Items are returned or exchanged within 30 days from date of delivery
- Items are returned in good condition
- Items are purchased directly from Soul & Tables and delivered to Singapore addresses
The refund or exchange request must be received within 30 days from delivery.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. For exchange for an in-stock item, the exchange will take place within 2 weeks. Timeline for exchange for out-of-stock items will vary. Depending on the value of the exchanged items, we will advise on whether there is any incremental amount payable or if there is any amount overpaid to be returned to the customer via bank transfer.
For refund, items will be collected back within 2 weeks and refunds will be processed once items have been collected by the Soul & Tables team, in good condition. There is no charge for collection from local addresses, and refund will be paid in full via bank transfer.
In the event where requests do not meet our policy, Soul & Tables reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges. To request for a return or exchange, please contact us at +65 9272 1545 or firstname.lastname@example.org with your Sales Order number.
